What happens to my flex points if I don't use them by the end of the semester?

Watch your cash register receipts from our dining locations - these will give the amount of points you have left. Use the Meal Plan Declining Balance Grid to help track your spending throughout the semester. Points remaining at the end of the semester will be forfeited.

If I am a commuter student and want to purchase a meal plan?

If you are an commuter student, you can sign up in the Dining Room with the cashier or go to the Dining Services office in CDC 170.

What do I do if I lose my ID card?

You'll want to get a new card so you can continue to use your flex points. Stop by the Information Center on the St. Paul campus or the Counseling & Student Development on the Minneapolis Campus to get a new card.

What if my card does not swipe at the register?

Just stop by CDC 170 and have the card fixed.
