The Main Dining Room is the hub of campus community. During the Fall & Spring semester you will find a wide variety of food options, from chef-carved meats with home-style casseroles to creative vegetarian entrees to made-to-order sautés. The Dining Room also features two soups made in house daily, an extensive salad, fruit and yogurt bar, along with healthy Mindful options, and a customized deli featuring freshly baked breads and wraps. We also have a Gluten free zone for those with food allergies. We have a sushi chef preparing favorites. Our pastry chef creates an array of outstanding signature desserts daily!
Simple Servings is our allergen-safe, dining option for our customers with food allergies or gluten intolerance. This station offers food free from peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk products, eggs, and gluten-containing ingredients. Simple Servings staff members are carefully trained to avoid cross-contact with food allergens.
Separate equipment, storage areas, utensils and preparation areas minimize, but do not totally eliminate, the chances of gluten and allergens in our Simple Servings foods. 75 percent of Simple Servings items also meet our Mindful criteria, which makes it an easy and healthy choice for customers who are focused on ingredients and portion size to control weight, blood sugar and other health issues.
